Open Enrollment – Individual Health Insurance – 11/1 to 12/15
Contact IHS to make changes from your current individual health insurance plan, either on or off the ACA Marketplace exchange.
Who is Eligible
Anyone who has their individual or family health insurance through the individual market, ACA Marketplace or direct through an insurance carrier is eligible to enroll.
Enrollment Timeframe
Individual/family health insurance open enrollment occurs each year from November 1 to December 15. Changes are effective January 1 of the following calendar year.
What is Open Enrollment
Open enrollment is when you can change your existing insurance coverage or purchase coverage for the first time with no qualifying event requirements.
